1. No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind:

  • We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if you change your mind or if you no longer want the product.
  • We encourage all customers to carefully consider their purchase before placing an order.

2. Eligibility for Exchange:

  • We offer exchanges only if there is a damage or defect in the product you received.
  • To be eligible for an exchange:
    • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Customers must inform us via WhatsApp or email at info.devisha@gmail.com within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
    • An unpacking video must be provided. The video should be a 360-degree view clearly showing the damaged, wrong, or defective item. Without this video, we are unable to process any claims.

3. Process for Exchanges:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email at info.devisha@gmail.com within the specified 24-hour period.
  • Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and the required unpacking video.
  • Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide instructions for returning the item or arranging an exchange.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs for returning or exchanging defective or damaged items will be covered by DevIsha.
  • For all other cases, since we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, no shipping costs will be applicable.
