Shipping Policy

At DevIsha, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience by ensuring timely and efficient delivery of your orders. Please review our shipping policy outlined below:

1. Customized Orders:

  • All customized orders, including stitched blouses, ready-to-wear sarees, and items with fall stitching, are only accepted on a prepaid basis.
  • These customized items will be delivered within 6-10 business days after dispatch.

2. Non-Customized Items:

  • For non-customized items, we offer an Advance Cash on Delivery (COD) option.
  • Customers are required to pay a certain amount in advance according to the order value which will be calculated while placing the order.
  • These Non-customized items will be delivered within 6-10 business days after dispatch.
  • The remaining amount can be paid in cash upon delivery.

3. Reshipping Costs:

  • If a customer fails to receive the product for any reason, DevIsha is not responsible for the reshipping cost.
  • Any additional shipping charges incurred due to non-receipt of the product will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Processing Time:

  • Orders for customized items are processed within 8-10 business days, while non-customized items are processed within 3-4 business days.
  • Customers will be notified of the expected delivery time upon placing the order.

5. Shipping Confirmation:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track the status of your order through the provided tracking link.

6. Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and order value and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Any applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be included in the total cost at checkout.

7. Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

8. International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with international shipments.
